For the last five years she has been training under Indie Label Crystola Records. This has allowed her to continue to grow in her writing (Aubree-Anna has written and copyrighted over 100 songs to date), recording, and performing skills, as well as personally and professionally as an artist.
Something magical happens while Aubree-Anna is performing and because of this, her popularity and demand for appearances for both public and private events has greatly increased throughout the last three years, and it’s no surprise when you review her Cover Tune song list of over 250 songs that is updated every week with new material, which includes World music (singing some in Hindi and some in Spanish). She has performed for art galleries, private parties, weddings, upscale restaurants and other venues, in Dallas, and the greater Metro-plex, and abroad, including the first ever Cowboys Alumni Association Gala, for the Dallas Cowboys, and for the second consecutive year she was asked to perform at the Big State Fair of Texas 2007. Her performance followed Grammy Award Winners "Boys II Men". Aubree-Anna has also been featured in the Dallas Morning News, the Addison Magazine, the local Turtle Creek Newspaper, and in other promotional materials.
Aubree-Anna’s refreshing sound, with a classic twist, sultry vocals and musical style, blends Jazz, Alternative, & Pop. It reminds you of great artists like Sade, Norah Jones, and Billie Holiday, but like all of these great singers she is unique. She has the ability to either deliver a song with a smooth and rich delicacy, or effortlessly ascend into a commanding and soulful explosion of emotions.
Aubree-Anna’s newest Jazz/Pop CD, titled “Indescribable” is now available on CD BABYand ItunesWith this album, you'll delight your ears with great songs that really allow her to express herself as an artist—Such as, a sassy blues track titled "Come On Home", a Spanish flavored "Rhythm is Her Passion", a fun-hearted Jazzy song called "You Make Me", and even a catchy reggae song called "Dancin' in the Sand". On this CD Aubree-Anna experienced co-writing for the first time for 11 tracks, and the 12th song “Where Lover’s Go” she wrote solo. This song "Where Lover's Go", is a really intimately deep song based on the Song of Songs in the Bible. We titled this CD “Indescribable” because I’m adopted, and not knowing my complete heritage it seemed so appropriate because I can relate to all Nationalities. Also, there were no words to fully describe the project, as I am continually growing as an artist and cultivating my craft as a songwriter and vocalist..." The wonderful guitar, bass, and piano musicians also added so much feeling to the songs on this CD – loved hearing them put their flavor on the project as well!” Many of the songs on this CD were inspired by the atmosphere of the beach in beautiful Destin, Florida where she recorded.
We feel that Aubree-Anna has not only the multi-dimensional creativity, but she has that “it” factor, a passion, dedication, exotic appearance, beautiful voice, and most importantly a smile that is addictive and an enjoyable personality that will give her staying-power in the industry.
